Sustainable farming of

Atlantic Bluefin Tuna.

Aquaculture Production of Atlantic Bluefin Tuna (Thunnus Thynnus).

Combination of high growth rate and high market price for Atlantic Bluefin Tuna makes it the potential “holy grail” in the fish farming business. Our established production protocols are based on R&D-activity since 2011, with extensive testing and over 10 million eggs hatched. The biological circle has now been closed, as 2012 generation has been spawning in captivity during 2016 for the first time.

We know how to make the ABFT, our focus is to industrialise!

Research & industry

Research and industry in collaboration adds great value. This is why we have worked with the best research institutions and industry partners to establish specialised production protocols for ABFT farming based on Norway's best practice
